Katie is the Lead Planner and owner of Team One Luxury Events. With over 15 years of wedding and event planning experience, Katie has planned destination weddings and worked with budgets of all sizes to make couples' dreams come true. Katie found that bringing families together is what she loves most about the job. She believes wedding planning should be fun and stress-free, so that’s why she and her team are here to help you every step of the way.
Macie Morrison
Lead Planner and Designer
Macie is a dedicated wedding and event planner who loves all things LOVE! Her favorite part of the wedding day is the decor, and of course, the ceremony! Macie has been working with Team One for 2 years and has loved every bit of it. After spending her college career as her sorority's event planner, she fell in love with beautiful and FUN events. She believes wedding planning should be easy, exciting, and full of memories!
Joey Medellin
Social Media Director & Transportation Logistics Director
Joey is a true entrepreneur and dedicated professional with a strong foundation in customer service, marketing, and making people smile! As a Texas State University McCoy College of Business graduate, he has started many successful businesses in the wedding and event industry and values hard work, integrity, and personalized service. Husband to Katie, the pair have been planning weddings together for over 7 years.
